OOOKLAHOMA!
Dude! We have tornadoes come through almost every summer, but damn nothing really like that. I was in midwest city in '98 or maybe '99 when that big damn tornado came through and f@@ked up a bunch of stuff. The old glass dome on rose state college was totally destroyed and the car lots on the other side of i-40 looked like a kids hotwheels had got just dumped on each other. Anyway, still love Oklahoma. BOOMER SOONER!!!!!!
Somebody's been photoshopping.I knew I've seen part of that image before. If if a TV station where you live "tracks" storms, showing the ETA of when it's gonna hit your city, I likely was their trainer.
Anyway, here's the original version. I just wanted to post so that nobody thinks the image above is from the recent Wx in OK. Great image though! The original (below) was taken in FL of all places.

I chased one on the ground with a bunch of drunk idiots one day [sm=partyparty.gif]. Sky was black and green...and the lightning was everywhere. We thought we were really cool until the hail started falling and it smashed in both front and rear windshields.HOLY CRAP...if youve never seen a hailstone the size of a baseball...trust me...you dont want to.

I miss the storms. I'm from N. Tx, just this side of texoma, and remember how neat it was for the sky to turn black, the wind pick up and it start raining like a cow pissin on a flat rock. I'm stationed up here in the drizzly, always gray, hang-yourself northwest. BTW, cool to see so many Sooner fans, I feel like the odd ball up here being a Sooner fan, it's all I can do not to choke all the damn duck fans up here, ohhhhhh I hate the ducks, ever since "the game" ohhhhhhhh mad now.
