That's not the only flying car. There's another one or two made by a man name Moeller or something like that. He also is credited for making a muffler for dirt bikes that doesn't reduce horsepower or something like that.

It can be landed on water and float like a boat and take off of water. The targeted dream was to lift above it all and not deal with the daily gridlock traffic. Thats the description of it a little ways down the paragraph. It has a rear engine and 3 fans to lift it.

 

I thought I read somewhere in there that it couldn't lift..hmm...

 

yeah, if you keep reading down he explains that it doesn't fly, the engines are put in just to show they can spin the blades, it won't actually lift off the ground.
