Once Again...I Need YOUR Help!
So its time for me to finally get a slip-on, but I dont know which one I should get.
Here are the candidates....
Vance & Hines SSR-2
D&D Show-N-Go Carbon Fiber
I would only get the D&D because its the only CF can available for the F1 and my bike is about to be painted blood red, but that V&H sure is sexy too....

RE: Once Again...I Need YOUR Help!
Go with the V&H SSR2. Dollar for dollar, spec for spec, it is your better purchase. I've had the F1, F2, F3, 1KF, 929, the v and h is just better for the bike in my opinion. I found it alot easier to get the jetting correct with or without a K&N or stock filements. They require less jetting monkeying around too. D&D=junk, loud, obnoxious, and cheap, period. However, if you repack the D&D with FMF 4stroke packing and remove that steel wool wrap crap around the baffle, then you wrap it with heat treated plastic before slipping it back on, you'll get better exhaust note ( a little quieter) and gain a little back on the low end. I have done this with the DD on a TL, a black widow racing CF exhaust on a 1KF and on the Erion Racing exhaust of my 929.
Gotta have just a little shine with that up and coming new paint job. [8D]
There's my .02. Best of luck with whatever you decide with. It's a Honda, need we say more? hahaha.

I like my D&D too. I don't think it's THAT loud. When I pull up next to another sportbike at a stop they ALWAYS comment on how they like the sound of my pipe. I put in a K&N filter at the same time, so I couldn't tell you if you'll need one or not.
