Oh hell...they said I have sciatica and a disc problem, going to have to take it real easy...sigh...

 

Sciatica Sucks, but be more specific on your Disk problem. I have a herniation at L5-S1 and have been competing NCAA springboard diving with it for 2 years. Disks are manageable, the sciatica sucks. Sorry to hear.

 

The doc says it's a lower disc problem (herniation) and sciatica, he's sending me to see an osteopath...not sure what he will do but I'm a lot better just now from lots of rest..even going out for nice walks again..

On a side note-what do you think of the new season of Lost? I'm not to sure about it yet. To me it's same **** differant season.

not sure about Lost yet, I liked Season 3...time will tell, they have to introduce the new characters first I guess before the show moves along again...fact is they have an end date now in 2010 so it has to go somewhere...the flash forwards add a little more too...
