Well, ladies and gentlemen, Friday was a sad, sad, sad day.


I dumped my bike.


I had just picked it up from getting the oil changed and the brake master cyclinder rebuilt, and, pulling out of the parking lot, i hit a patch of sand which caused the tail to start to slide out, and, before it laid down, it caught traction and flipped over onto the other side throwing me off in the process. I didn't break anything but, I love my roadrash!! And, thank god i had my helmet on cause, it's got a nice chunk taken out of it, and, the whole left side of the bike is tore up. I'll be getting some pics of the bike up hopefully on Wed. Let ya'll know how it turns out

Sorry to hear that [:'(] It's hard to take at first but you're fortunate any time you walk away from a crash. Good luck with the repairs.

 

Unlucky mate, it`s never nice when you fall but hey throw some cash at it and it`ll soon look new. Hope the rash isn`t to itchy.

Thanks for the thoughts guys. And, it wasn't at no mph. I had gotten up to somewhere around 15-20 MPH. I mean, yeah, that's slow compared to most wrecks, but, it was enough to cause $2100 worth of damage to the bike. I have to wait until tomorrow at the soonest to find out what insurance wants to do. Cross your fingers. I hope they dont total it! Anyways, i'll let you guys know, and, i'll be trying to get some pics of my bike tomorrow. BUt, for now, here's a pic i got of my lid
