None in Wi either thank goodness, or at least not where i live I would be royally screwed lol.

ok i know you all tried to explain this but forgive me [&:]ok im here in cali and ive never seen an "inspection" do you mean a "registration" sticker ? the different colored tags ? because ive never had to have my bike "inspected" i go into dmv pay them my money for reg they give me a new tag for reg and thats it.. im not sure what everyone else has to go through . and cali sucks about emissions and DB limits but we usually have nice weather , good roads and ofcourse how can you forget lane spliting ! lol

yeah, here in texas for all vehicles you have to have them registered and inspected annually. Registration is merely saying this vehicle belongs to me, and which you do annually. inspection they check to see if it has all the proper stuff to be street legal, head lights, blinkers, brake lights, all that stuff, emissions and other stuff can be on the list as well. on cars they check for seat belts, horn, wipers, and all the lights and signals too, stuff like that. different places are stricter than others too. took my cage to valvoline for an inspection one year, they popped the hood and looked all over the place and said, there is a small power steering leak, you fail. took it to grease monkey down the street same day, didnt even pop the hood and i was off.

wow that really sucks ! i know sometimes living here dealing with smog is a rea pian but you learn to deal with it . ive just never seen a seperate "inspection" sticker ..weird[>:]

Don't get me wrong we have to have our vehicles inspected but only when they are changing hands (being sold or purchased) but there is nothing we have to display, the inspection just goes to the DMV when you are registering and re-titleing, then you don't have to inspect again till its sold.

yep, here is an old pic of it on the bike, right under the license.....theres the registration on the top right of the license, and im not sure what is on the top left, maybe an old inspection, not sure...
