Yea gotta love Maine. No power this morning, went to work with some faaaaacked up hair. Luckly it was back on when I got in at 330.

rojer, if you like maine lobster, try this on for size....due to the ecomony....fresh maine lobster off the docks was going to $1.99 a pound........yeah thats less than hamburg....or even hotdogs lol.

 

Snow I can deal with...Ice storms bring everything to a halt though

 

thats about what my car looked like this morning.

 

Albany got hit with a huge ice storm knocking out power to my part of campus for god knows how many days.
I have reptiles in my dorm room that need heat lamps in order to survive so I hadda pack up and head home fearing they would die for the coldness.
drove 200 miles for electricity and ****....I wasn't gonna sit there all weekend with no heat,tv,electric stove and fridge food

 

Just got ours back on, most of southern Maine is still out.
