With tax and registration fees it was $323.46

That was including the case, 2 mags, $10 reg fee, and tax.

yeah that sounds like a good deal. I'll be the first admit I don't know a lot about guns, but I was looking at the gun store the other day and couldn't find anything that I really like do for less than 700.

Hahaha, thats how I was at first. All the Xd's I liked, 1911's etc were all at $650 + , But then I got realistic. This gun was never fired. It was their display model sp it has a few slide marks on the slide, but thats it. Anything with a lifetime warranty you can looked into used guns too. It will transfer over. That how I am buying my girls gun. Its used but clean and the warranty will transfer over, but I am just getting here a little Kel Tec .22 or .380 or Taurus 22/380. Not sure yet but iy cuts off quite a bit of cash and just as good condition (for the most part). PAwn shops are great places to look!

^For awhile they were selling the XD40 with the case, and gun cleaning kit for around $475, plus two mags with the extension on one. My one boss had got the Kel Tec .380 and loves it. He just uses it to carry now and then, but says it's fairly accurate. Looks like you got a nice little setup for $323 though.
