don, how/why do you go about pickin up mods, ive been meaning to ask you this out of curiosity, what determines who becomes a mod
Don and I pay close attention to how people are posting. Activity. Level of help to other members. Behavior on the site. and various other items we use to determine who may be a good Mod. As well the other mods are watching and making note. When the time comes that we feel we would like to promote some members we have a meeting with the other mods and put together a list of possible members to promote. Then Don and I will make the final call on who we feel is ready and a good fit for the site. We then speak with each member and make the final choice from there. Time online and number of posts are not the only stats we look at. It is the all around person and we feel the four we just promoted hold all the Characteristics of some great Mods for the site! We look forward to their input and think all of you guy's will find them more than great to deal with! Congrats again guy's! You all deserve it!
