Pugs are so ugly that they are adorable! Congrats on the new baby. I've heard they are a great breed.

Pugs are cool but man do they have health issues. Just as bad as English Bulldogs. I hope you have a good vet.

Yes! Puppies rule! Good puppy owners rule too!

It does seem like most pure-bred dogs have the potential for various health issues--relentless inbreeding will do that--but a proper diet and plenty of exercise will go a long way in helping. It's worth it to get the best food you can, Nutro is a personal (and puppy!) favorite.

Good choice on getting a dog!

We are using Science Diet by hill. What he was on when we got him from breeder. Dont want to upset his stomach by switching him yet.

^^^ Good idea to use the same food that the breeder was using. Ours was feeding the pups Eukanuba, and we are following suit. It is not the best idea to change their diet. Thanks for the pics...what a sweet baby!!!

Hell yeah! I love Pugs. Matter of fact, I'm a breeder (Pugs obviouslly). That lil guy is purdy cute. Just remember, Pugs drink ALOT of water. Yeah, all pups drink alot but Pugs chug water like they need air, lol. You should clean their wrinkles out at least every other day and get those eye boogies off of him when you see em'. Pug pup's nose's aren't really too bad but they'll eventually start "drying out" every now and then. Use like Vaseline or a baby safe ointment to rub on their nose's, not too much though, just a lil dab. There's a few other things so if you never need any help, etc., just let me know. Oh yeah, FYI, they fart all of the time (it smells so bad! lol). When Cici farts, it scares her so she jumps up really fast, starts running around the house then comes back, sniffs the area and starts barking at it.They alsosnore louder thanbulldozers, lol. You said that he was full-blooded. Is he A.K.C registered? If so, he HAS to have a first/middle/last name.

Here are my kids:

Here's Otis. Male. 3 1/2 years old.
