And I think it's sweet as hell that you're putting a chevy small block in the RX. Is it a four bolt main? This kind of stuff is right up my alley (well, at least it was back in the day). I had a lowered S10 Blazer with a 350 under the hood mated to a turbo 350. It was sick fun, and a great learning experience. Be sure to put some pics up when you get it together.

If you have a bike to ride and this is one of your dream builds, go for the car then. There are still years to get another bike and if it breaks down, you should be able to fix it no? lol...good luck! post some pics if you do build the car......err, or if you get a new bike

On the one side i have a 1980 rx7 and a 350 from my old nova. I've always wanted a V8 rx7 and I'm more than capable of pulling it off in less than a month. Then I would have a fun car to drive and race and I would still have my F3.
Build the car, keep the old bike. Save for a new bike next year.

+1, rotarys (12A in that???or a 13B) have their place, but a V-8 in a little car is the way to go.
