Default New bike for 4 year old sister?

Hey guys. I recently got my nephew a bike and now I really want my little sister to have one. She is addicted and has all the electric versions of these scooters etc, but since my and my dad are into bikes she has been ever since she was old enough to know what one was. So I have a solution...

Dunno kids but if I were a parent I might wait a year or two. 4 is still pretty young for developing motor skills tmk. And they're still pretty vulnerable to hard knocks.

5 or 6 might be better

she can ride a bike with training wheels, but I would also make some training wheels for this bike at work. It will have to wait for now anyways because I've spent up for now, but I would love her to be able to have her own motor. It would be so cool. Also if I could get it sprayed to look like my 125 and 600.

I would recommend getting a balance bike like the above also a brand strider is really good because it teaches them not only balance but counter steering my buddy's kid is only two and can ride a bike and a pocket bike without training wheels and never used training wheels because they get the balance down a lot quicker with the balance bikes
