The last i heard they are planning to keep the price competitive with the Japanese bikes, that was one of the big deals about it. So hopefully it will be in the 11-14k range

The article I saw said 14,500 british pounds. That loosely translated is $21,538.28. I seriously doubt that it will be that much. I hope they keep it around 11-12K range.
