wutever i like the style of there stuff doesnt slow me down or speed me up if im gonna spend then money then it has to be something that i like i didnt think a brand made you a squid just thought it was personal prefference lol
Buying something that is supposed to be designed to protect your noggin based solely on the paint scheme on it is one of the epitomes of squid gear. That is what Tahoe was trying to get across.

no...i'm not trying to say that...color matching is fine...but there is a fine line between just matching vs. power ranger...and not matching vs. clown suit.

i'm just trying to say that many riders feel that icon is a brand preferred by squids...probably because their gear looks very urban/street and IMO is very good looking gear...for clubbing or something.

That'swhat I was trying to convey, Icon designs their gear based around a look, whereas other manufacturers design the look around the gear.

My personal belief is that buy what is comfortble and then hopefully it matches your ride. My buddy boughtone that was $600, looked great with his bike, but hurt his head after 10 minutes of wearing it. Result was giving that one to his wife who loved it and buying a arai that was less expensive but fit much better.
