Need Price Opinions peeps...
I bought my 06 F4i in June.... I was going to refinance it June of this yr to get a lower interest rate, yada yada.
I'm playing with the idea of getting a sportier bike- the RR. I don't know what to ask for it that would be fair. Of course, I would ask a little more than I would take-- with the whole negotiation thing... so give me some reasonable opinions.
The bike has never been down and is always stored indoors. She's got no damage, dents, scratches,nada. Like new. She's got around 4700 miles on it, oil just changed, and brand new Pirelli Corsa III tires (less than 300 miles on the tires). Chain is always lubed and was just adjusted. Warranty good until June.
ETA: may include matching Shoei RF1000 Camber Helmet.
Mods:
Two Bro's Carbon Fiberexhaust (M2) <-- bad *** (have stock exhaust)
Puig Drk Smoke Windshield (have stock windshield)
Piteck undertail w/integrated blinkers
lowered 1 1/2 inches (have stock links)
Forks raised
HB Flush Mount turn signals
Swingarm license plate
K&N Air filter (not installed yet, but I will include it in the sale)
Frame sliders on order.

yeah, the depreciated value of a new vehicle is almost unimaginable. the cost of aftermarket parts almost means nothing when they are added to the bike. thats why you can usually buy a used bike with a bunch of *freebies*!
the major factor is going to be what is for sale in your area at a given time....and what are they going for atm.

It's eye candy. And especialy if you got time, there's an *** for every seat. All that bull**** you have on the bike will make it more appealing to every noob lookin for somethin pretty. Noobs and stupidity usualy go hand& hand.Those parts will probably sell the bike quicker for you but you might make a few more dollars selling the bike andebaying those parts.

Now days a bike like that will go pretty quick. The thing is, it's all about how much someone will pay for it. Like he said there is an *** for every seat. Sell it outright as an individual though....do not trade it in for another model. The dealerships will hose you, and you'll never get what you want out of it. Put it in the paper for 6500 or so, see what happens.
