Ok folks....

I need the wise opinions of my esteemed friends here to help me with a decision. Myspace. It seems I may be the only person left in the world that doesn't have a Myspace or facebook account. I'm 33 now and most of my friends have succumbed to the Myspace phenomenon. My question to you guys is, should I? Does having a Myspace account make me a lesser person or just sad? How many out there have an account? Should I bite the bullet and go for it or stay strong and avoid it? It seems so common now...like having a cell phone, or a microwave...or a TV. Come on guys, let me have it....

 

I have a myspace account and I check it once a month maybe... facebook is just a little less annoying because there are fewer ads but seriously, you're not missing anything. If you've gone this far, you will probably make it through your life without looking back and saying "man I wish I had done that"

 

I have an account on myspace and on face book. I haven't logged in in months. Don't really care to.

I HAD a Myspace. I deleted it because it is load of crap. Dont waste your time. Its nothing but people trying to show other people how cool they are not. If I really want to talk to someone I call them or message them via email, text, or instant message.

 

I dont have a myspace but I have an account on facebook, and I agree with vpsophmore, facebook is alittle less annoying. And I dont think youre missing too much by not having either.

I had a myspace account so I could share my original music. I had friends from highschool contact me and that was really cool. I canceled it, though. I would never go on it, and it made me feel like a big phoney anyway. I was actually embarrased to have one after a while. Seemed immature. However, I understand most users are over 35.

i use facebook mainly for networking... finding old friends and whatnot... never had a myspace/xanga/whatever.

 

What is Myspace???
