my RPM gauge isnt working. i messed with it for a long time and discovered the actual conection on the circuit board inside the cluster is bad and works on and off with slight movement. i was looking at new ones on ebay but they already have miles saved on them. im just wondering what to do about it. can you set your mileage or are you going to be adding to those miles on your bike?

also makes me wonder if people can get away with low miles selling there bikes this way.

 

The old low miles gauge swap LOL. Yes the miles on the gauge will be the new miles on your bike a few places can reprogram them for like $300. Can you solder (sp?) the connection together. Your odometer reading is on your bike's title to protect the low miles scam.
