After a rainy day, if seen bigger pot hole on PCH. Then a week later the city Caltran comes and repair each pot hole...if a ride do hit one of those pot holes? Gets injured, don't know if you can sue the city though...maybe but talk to a traffics lawyer, but they likely rather sue the insurance company than the city.

It's a long shot...cause you have to prove its a repeat problem....

Insurance battle imo between your insurer and potentially City Liability Insurance
I would not put money into a personal lawyer and to be honest I'd doubt your own
insurer will have a great chance of subrogation with the City's Insurer in this case.

Ya might find it cheapest to just make the repairs yourself to preserve you own
insurance costs/no claims ratings.

Up here in the Northeast that ramp would be classified as roadworthy ! - seriously.
