I wouldn't think so. Is she lactose intolerant?

I know that Whey Protein is safe. It's an excellent additive to your workout and diet program. Other than an upsettummy if taken on an empty stomach, I know of no other side effects. I've neverdealt with Soy Protein.

Soy or whey. I take a whey shake an hour or more before lifting and then one immediately after. Feeding your body properly can really improve the results.

It can cause gas. Whey doesn't.

Yeap, she is intolerant to lactose... she like's to be fit all the time but she has a very alergic reactions to milk or any dairy products.

But the main concern is bone, skin and mass, she does not like to get huge!! She just likes to be fit not blown.

It's fine. Normally I recommend Whey, but I can't honestly say she'll find that much of a difference.
