Ok,so I got into my accident I had my license suspended and no endorsement. so i got slapped in the face with 3 tickets that i signed on the hospital bed. driving with license suspened, no endorsement , careless driving.
now i have a court date for all 3 tickets. I got my license fixed and my endorsement. the cop told me if i fix all my **** that it will be dropped in court.
anyone ever expierience the **** im going thru right now? any advice? think they will drop the suspension ticket and no endorsement?[/align]

 

Ya. Learn from this and dont do it again.

 

Pretty much exactly what I was thinking. The only way you will know if anything will be dropped will be to go to court. Go in professionally, have your facts straight, and dress nice... If you're lucky, the cop will stick with dropping some things for you.

 

If you're in Texas. Dont listen to what the cop says will happen. I've heard this and that about things being dropped. THEY HAVE NO AUTHORITY!!!! THE JUDGE IS THE ONLY ONE YOU NEED TO TALK TO.

 

Those 2 tickets should be dropped, however the careless may not be or may be reduced to a lesser charge

Im thinkin you were signing tickets in a hospital bed after an accident...the judege isnt just gonna throw em out
