Hahah I sold my soul to the Devil for the talent of Sales.

Next on my list I think is a Corvette for myself. Maybe a birthday present.

Daaamn! Mind building another one of those up and sending it my way? That thing is going to be a beast. Why did you opt to not go with a gtx 560 or 580 for your video card? Just curious

What kinda games you into that you need a beastly machine like that?

I am a computer guy, I appreciate these kinds of things lol

The gtx 580 is $500
radeon 6970 is $370
that was my primary motivation in that decision.

DC Online is my current game.

Diablo 3 i'm looking forward to and perhaps Guild Wars II

Hahah, well... it wasn't really an issue...

However, I looked at some benchmarks and didn't think it was justified.

Well it definately is overkill if you ask me, what you have should perform plenty well.. I was going to build one for about 700 bucks in december with a gtx 460 then i ran into some financial issues

Run a raid 0 hdd array, youll be much happier with speed. Or a SSD for windows partition/programs and a regular hdd(or raid 0 array) for data
