Best course of action is calling the police and filing a report against her. Keep receipts of parts and labor for the repairs and have her pay them...if you have her pay for the repairs have them done at a Honda dealer with new oem parts.

Your neighbor needs to know that just because she doesn't like you or your bike, doesn't give her the right to break it. And with purposely breaking it, she is responsible to repair it.

If not for the possibility of landing in jail...I'd say put it on it's roof. Cars will a lot of times go one way being rolled over...but coming back off their roofs they don't fair so well

 

If you want to sink to her level, valve stem tools are a very useful thing every motorcyclist should have...

people are going to tell you to 'be mature and ****' but if you do that, then all you do is allow yourself to look to her as though you are weak, and can be taken advantage of. Yes, you need to try and get on with neighbors, that usually happens because of mutual respect. if she has done this then clearly she has NO respect, and as such, that approach is useless. You need to find a way of getting retribution, WITHOUT villifying yourself.

If it was me, I would call the police, make a written statement that you saw her doing it, and get it fixed. Go find a shop in town, one that is AWESOME, does an AMAZING job, and charges like a wounded bull for their work. demand that it gets fixed there. use your insurance so it isnt out of your pocket, then see to it that your insurances goes after her and gets the cost back from her. In addition, make sure that you push the police to charge her with unlawfully being on a property, wilfull damage, and get a trespass order. This way she has major repercussions, your bike gets repaired, and you have a trespass order, AND A DOCUMENTED HISTORY of HER BEING AGGRESSIVE. Now in the future anything goes down, and SHE will be getting shot in the *** for it, not you.

Dont be a victim. Theres no such thing as a one time victim.

Go to the cops, hit her up for trespass as well. Get the lever replaced & send her the bill, if she don't pay it, go to the court house & trash her credit rating, go home, have a coffee then go & do a doughnut out on her drive way. Also don't know what you guys call them there, but here its called an AVO (Apprehended Violence Order) that is when issued, person can't come within say 100 feet of you or property.

 

It's a restraining order here ....

The police is the right thing to do but sometimes that just doesnt satisfy your needs.. go to Walmart or a hunting store in the sporting goods section look for Doe Urine or Doe in Heat. They are lottle bottles and are not all that expensive. Wait until we hours of the morning and pour the bottle in the air intake vents of her car usally located near the wipers. When the weather heats up and she turns on the air the smell will be un bearable. If you can access the interior you can squirt it inside to get the same effect. No damage will be done but it will not be a pleasent drive in that car i can tell you.
