and i mis-spoke earlier. they both didn't work for us. only the older one did. however, a month ago, the younger one did turn an application.

anyways, the younger one recently turned 18. i guess the older brother must have convinced him to do it.
Talk about a good role model.....

Sorry to hear about this. Never been through it, but glad everyone is ok.

Not to change the subject, but something I didn't understand here....why are they looking at 25-life for the type of firearm they used?

So what are you saying here? It's ok to rob a store with a shotgun, but not so good with an AK-47.

How about it's not it's just not cool to do that ****

And yes I do have personal experience.

thats what one of the police officers told me with everything that they had committed

florida has a 10- 20- life law.

and its also because they'll have 2 counts of battery added onto their sentence because they meleed one employee, and gave the other girl some bruises from the barrel being on the back of her head.

both employees, myself, and the store are going to be prosecuting.

It should be a 10-20-death law. The law abiding public shouldn't have to see our taxes spend on lifers hanging out in air conditioned prisons getting 3 meals a day while the we have low income children who can't even go to the Dr. Put repeat offenders in the ground where they belong.
