Yeah +1 to Meggers on the WebMD Googling. Everything is HIV or Cancer. Headache? You have cancer. Hiccups? HIV.
Anyways, take it easy man, put your feet up. Sounds like an Ulcer. My best friend had something that sounds similar once. Doc told him to quit smoking altogether and relax on the booze for a while, and get some rest.

I gotta second what Meggers said, it most certainly is one of the worst things to do. Your better off posting on here like you did for answers then googling it.
Anyway, glad to hear you're ok. I was gonna say ulcers, but you already figured that out, (possibly). Get well soon, and take it easy.
