That was my next guess...really

 

.. when driving or riding down here at night the middle and the edge of the road are very well defined ...

 

I tried to do all that in one post .. wouldn't let me ... I am really fed up with this now :-(

 

We have plastic reflectors. They give when you hit them.

 

The cats eyes protrude above road level .. two in each rubber housing ... when run over the rubber housing is simply pushed down into a recess in the road .. is it me or has this gotten awfully boring?? ...lol

 

I found mescaline helps me stayentertained when this forum gets boring.

 

We have to do something and soon .. I can feel myself starting to fossilise here ..lol

 

for what it is worth - as long as you don't say worlds L-ike - L-ike, S-elect, W-here, C-reate, (they are all part of the SQL language that the db works with)

As for cat eyes - they don't last Canadian winters. Snow plows take them off, and in the spring in some parts the line markings are all but gone. Newfoundland is absolutely horrendous at night. No markings. Lots of Moose. Often wet. Pitch Black. Not a fan of night driving there.

I've been near your neck of the woods a few times - not sure when I'll be back over, but we love those roads on our old bikes... xj650s
