hey whats up fellas so i just got back from MWTC up near Bridgeport, ca.. damn that places is beautiful! But anyways all the humping, patrolling (greenside) and the occasional "Recon shuffle"(non tactical sit) ****ed my feet up pretty good.so im wondering if any of you have advice on a good pair of boots. ive heards good things about 5.11's but they dont seem to last long.also info on a good ruck would be appreciated my vietnam era ruck just isnt cutting it with 100+ pounds.,it is a great improvement over that pices of **** ILBE digi warrior pack the rest of the Corps carries though. but something a little more up to date and with better pads would be much friendlier to my back and shoulders.so any recommendations are welcome. thanks fellas.
