I was not sure where to post this, but I was wondering if anyone has ever ordered from Mototeck?

I have one of their undertails that was purchased at a bike show. It came with LED brake and turn indicators. Half of the brake indicators have burned out and I ordered a replacement set of NT-1 brake lights from direct from the company. I live about 10 hours away, in Canada from this company. The delivery expected date was only 3-5 days from placing the order. It has been a month now and I am still waiting. I have tried calling the number listed on their site which leads to some random french guys personal voicemail box. I have also tried emailing them, turns out their email is not a real email account either. Postmaster returned errors and what not. I also have tried twice now to use the form on the website to submit a question to find out any information, but it has been to no avail. On my order status this on the website, there is no tracking number, no information, just that the order was placed. It does not say back ordered, or not available... its just in seeming limbo.

I was just wondering if anyone has ever ordered any thing from this company and how their experience was because mine has been rather frustrating thus far.
