well... he is a convicted felon (who killed a classmate in highschool), so we may not want to rush to his defense so quick. he has a very violent past and he had a "steel rod" that he was hitting the women with (i saw in another local news report).


and the girls were supposedly very drunk.


just goes to show, you don't always know how you're messing with. you may not want to f*ck with the wrong bull.


he went way too far. but the girls were asking for it. he has EVERY right to question a $50 bill. especially when its his drawer at the end of the night. there was no need for the girls to rush over the counter at him, and there was no reason for him to beat the girls the way he did.

the messed up part is, they'll get lots of money from this from mcdonalds who has (in all reality) nothing to do with it. the guy may go back to jail, but the girls won't get the money they deserve from him, it'll be from the corp ('cuz they "have all the money") it shouldn't be mcdonalds that has to give up money (even though they'll settle no matter how wrong the girls were).

our legal system needs to be changed a little bit if these are the type of people that are rewarded. neither party deserves it in this case. the party that doesn't deserve anything (mcdonalds) is the only party that will lose out
