yeah they tried to stick me with 2 felony's.
False imprisonment of said "jane doe"
and cruel and unusual punishment of said "jane doe"
It was only because she got up and testified that i did no such thing and that it was all blown out of proportion by the D.A. that they dropped the felony's.
Took two weeks to end up with the domestic misdemeaner that my public defender cut for me. i just wanted out and i almost took a deal the d.a. threw at me for one fel and a strike on my books but i waited an extra week. another 4 or 5 weeks and it all woulda been dropped. I take it with a grain of salt. I am not perfect and if the world deems it worthy to judge me on my humanity so be it.
I coulda got all the chrges dropped had i wanted to sit in the bin and wait it out for the trial. No, thanks. I took my slap on the wrist and decided not to spend 3 months or so in thier plus christmas and new years and my b-day would of been in the joint and i couldnt find occasion worth that. After all, i did throw her purse into the driveway and i did pin her to my bed so...

52 weeks of anger management classes, 700 bucks, 20 hours of community service and two weeks inarcerated outta teach me not to stand up for myself against the opposite sex.

Yeah, where is the justice in the "justice system"?
