I know there is already a thread for Death Magnetic out there but figured I'd start a fresh one since it actually came out today.
I just got back from taking my lunch break to run out & buy a copy and it F'IN KICKS ***! This album is the missing link between Justice & The Black album. So much better than the last tub of crap they put out, I don't even know where my copy of st anger went and don't care. If you have ever been a Metallica fan this will indeed live up to your expectations and it should draw them back their carefan base.

I heard they are supposed to release the whole thing on Rock Band.

 

fugget about rock band man go buy a guitar.. you can get a cheap one for less than that game costs too.. I've been a big fan of metallica and seriously had no idea what they were doing with st. anger.. I own every other album and after listening to a friends copy of st. anger I never even bought that one. I'll check out that album.. their old stuff was gold.

I've owned two guitars...far before I owned Rock Band. Pawned my Ibanez a few years ago to pay the bills. I want to get another one, I really like that guitar. I was never that great, could play a few songs, including Enter Sandman and Nothing Else Matters, but my hands are so small it felt like my fingers were going to snap trying to stretch them apart.

Don't hate, Rock Band is a great party game.
