Default messed up night

ok so i took a ride tonight after work . checkin new gloves out in the cold bout 39 outside on bike lot less lmao. ok the gloves are pimp now the messed up part i seen a car flip over in front me tonight it swerved to miss a deer hit the ditch and flip. my bike was the first on the scene the chick driving was not hurt and was pissed that we called the police to come. how messed up is that.

isn't it required that all accidents are reported? Thats what I thought since one dude got a ticket when his bike was in a ditch or something and he was trying to get it out before calling the cops... he was injured too. how messed up is that

yes you have to report accidents..
Depends more on the state. If there is no injury to another person, damage to fixtures, landscape, or other vehicles you generally do not have to, but some states require it be self-reported within a certain time period (usually 10 days).

Some states will not do an accident report if the damage is less than a certain amount (such as $500 in Texas).

In most states, a deer belongs to the Parks and Wildlife Department and you must report striking it.
