We finally get everything together - we're going to take our bikes home to show our families *mainly so my dad can stop having a mini-stroke everytime I say we went riding* get the WHOLE DANG trip planned out..........


AND IT SNOWS IN EAST TEXAS


it doesnt snow in east texas during the WINTER - so why would it in the spring? I've NEVER seen snow on Easter in TX......

needless to say the bike trip was canceled.

HAd to say it. Normally those of us in the north get to listen to you southern types talk about riding while we're shoveling snow.

 

+1 yeah boo hoo hoo. One weekend. You get one weekend cancelled? You want to see things that are messed up? You move up to SD where people go into the grocery store for an hour and leave their car running the entire time. Why because its that f'in cold. We are expecting 5-8 here tonight to tomorrow and the grass is green.

 

Come on global warming... I've been spraying arosol cans at the sun for years and it's still not warm here. Think about, polar ica caps melt, new york becomes a scuba diving attrachtion... what's not to like.
