I'd put rapists as the lowest form, followed by abusers. Thieves are generally a result of the environment.

I believe that all of those types of bastards are the result of their environments ...
I also think that thieves are out numbering those others by 100-1
You ever had your bike or car stolen?
I had my last ride stolen .... VF1000 Honda
and I had both my jetski's nearly stollen .
( I caught those bastards in the act ..wheeling the tailor down the road with both skis on it)
yu don't recon they(2 guys) **** themselves!!!! when they saw me ..naked , 2am , bolting down the hyway after them screaming that I am gunna fu^%$ing kill them !!!
They took one look ..droped the trailor and ran like their *** was on fire!
