I would ride looks like ideal bike weather. The wind might be a pain depending on which way its blowing but other than that. I always love how harley riders till me I am not a real rider cause of my bike. I ride in rain and everything and they leave there stuff at home.

you and i both know oklahoma weather oh too well.. dont risk it.. you could end up driving through baseball sized hail, or straight winds of 50mph.. you know this man.. be safe live to ride when you get home.. lol..

i'd say toughit out. you seem like you're already leaning that way. you've stated quite a few "pro's" to taking the bike......and the only down side is the weather. i'd say go for it, just make sure when you get the chance during that cold night time ride, stop for something warm.....be it hot choc. or coffee. it actually helps for quite a while to keep your temp up a bit.
