Yup, getting my Geek on and hitting Best Buy tonight for the midnight opening sale of Madden 2011 on the PS3. Well my Half-Geek on cause I'm riding up and will prolly be the only guy there in gear on a sport bike lit up with LEDs.

meh I gave up playing madden in 07. It's pretty much the same every year. The game drops in price SO fast after the next one comes out too hehe. Kinda hard to justify paying 65 bucks for a game that'll be work 20 in 10 months

Actually they changed gameplay significantly. Gameflow cuts gametime nearly in half and adds a more strategic level of gameplay. Changed kicking, ball handler control too. I wasn't going to buy it till i played the demo.

 

sorry they just tweak some area still just a roster update.please stop buying madden games until they make some real change.

 

I am with Rojer after they took away the ability to make a custom play book way back when it became no fun.

 

Only thing I'd say is try the demo. Its free afterall. The game feels different from the last 3 years to me.

I wasn't going to buy it at first. Didn't know anything about the control changes and gameflow. Downloaded the demo on a lark out of boredom. End the the first quarter in the demo I called my friend (who also wasn't going to buy it). He downloaded the demo and called an hour later to see if I wanted to hit the midnight release

 

I really like the Demo on this, but I've always enjoyed the Madden series, but don't know anywhere near enough about the sports tactics and strategies to play it properly

 

08 was the last one I bought, but 07 was the last one I liked. I will probably get another 360 in time for cod black ops. I would rather shoot someone anyways.
