Is it luck or ???

Is it luck or ???
So I have had two very strange occurances with my job the past couple of weeks and can't seem to figure it out. Thought I would share this. Probably very boring for most of you, but I am finding these two situations very strange to me.
I am a self-employed plumber and I have never had these two things happen to me before in this way.
1st
I was scheduled to relocate a water heater for a remodel project last week. I arrived to find the existing water heater had failed that morning. Now water heaters go out all the time, but to have one go out on the morning your scheduled to arrive has never happened to me in 14yrs.
So I was basically able to be a shining star for the GC (general contractor) that I do a ton of work for. I was able to get them a new water heater installed in a matter of a couple hours of it failing.
2nd
I had a final inspection for a home I did today. While I was walking through the project with the inspector the sewer decided to back up. Once again, sewers back up in homes all the time. But to have one literally back up while your at the home is a first for me.
Once again, I was able to make the GC(same GC, different project)look like he had the perfect sub-contractor by getting the problem solved within an hour of ithappening.
So the GC that I was working for on both projects asked me how its possible that I have been on site for both of these emergency's. I don't have an answer for this.
I know this means absolutly nothing to most of you, but this has me thinking. Should I be going to the casino to see if I have some kind of good luck going on? Or has this just been a case of dumb luck?
