lol @ ricers
Ive pretty well had it with dorks in their little **** boxes (thats wot we call them), huge exhausts, over the top wheels, loud sound systems. Ok this is Australia, but there you see them with their, dude outfits & bling, straight off some American movie or TV show, even the stupid 'greeting' B/S.
My wife gets worried when I openly laugh at these retards, so are they going to 'pop a couple of caps in my ***'. just pathetic.

funny how you and the "ricer" share the same mentality... he instigated the race and you participated... so who is the bigger " douche bag " really? you dont have to have a wild body kit and stickers to be a RACER idiot

The term "ricer" gets thrown around way too much. In fact, I find myself doing it sometimes. I'll agree the car you described did sound riced out, but some people throw every civic, lancer, supra, etc. into that group. Believe it or not there are some sleeper civics out there, that will blow the doors off of a 'vette. Personally, if I had to choose between a 69 Chevelle SS and a new WRX, I would take the Chevelle in a heartbeat. That does not mean I don't have respect for some of the import drivers that actually tear down their engines, and put out some amazing numbers. I would recommend the next time you see an idiot driving up on you like that, let it go. In the end you only gave him the satisfaction of running with him on a public road. Either way his story to his buddies is going to make it sound like your Mustang never had a chance. I'll also say I don't always make the best decisions on the road, but it's easier to point the finger then make the decisions yourself.

not really; can you name a good reason (other than an emergency) that someone should be going 90+ when the flow of traffic is already 75?
