They take good care of us girls at work. We have got top 5 in the state for retail 2 weeks in a row and the owner congratulates us... He also prints up positive emails and puts them on the back bulletin board. And someone printed a really nice online review I got and put it in my tip drawer up front. They always get us food and bring us goodies. Cupcakes were from this morning.. and last time I worked, they brought us subway. I love my job.

Since my bf and I both enjoy shooting guns... and I was so enthralled with some bow pics he had from when he was in Montana..... He took me to a local range so I could pick up and bow and see how I felt about it. And then he dropped some loot and bought me me one. Most expensive gift anyone has ever bought me.. especially just for pleasure. I guess he takes pics of me all the time and I don't realize it. This is a pic of me just messing around. My bow should be in next week. I'm super excited. He does nothing but nice things for me constantly. I am the luckiest girl in the world.

Archery!



My brother got me into it a while back. I enjoy it very much! Hunting and just doing shoots. Around here we have 3D shoots, walk around the woods and they have large animal targets to shoot from different ranges. In the winter we go to the local shops and clubs and get in on the projector screen shoots too, they are giant video games haha.
What kind of set up did you get?

 

He got me this.

Mission Craze bow in all black... with the bow hunter package. And then he's gonna have him put on a Ripcord arrow rest. And then I got a dozen carbon Ted Nugent arrows that are pink and black zebra stripes with zebra feathers. :-)

I'm soooo excited... can't stop thinking about it.... especially since my bike is just chillin in the garage leakin oil everywhere....... Hopefully someone will look at it so I can ride it at least one more time before it gets cold out.

 

I was looking at the Craze and the Endeavour before this past xmas to get a second toy for myself. The craze looked like a great bow, a lot of adjustability. I never had the chance to shoot it though. You'll have to let me know how you like it.

sounds like a good opportunity to start an archery thread.

i just got rid of my bowtech commander - was a bit tall but that thing was crazy fast, so i'm in the market for something else atm. what does everyone else shoot?

 

2005 Hoyt Ultramag.
Finish out the season with it since archery starts here October 1st. Next season may upgrade. Really like the Hoyt Carbon Matrix, buuuut that's got a steep dollar on it. My brother has a 2009 Hoyt Alphamax and wow. The technological advances between his and mine are just outstanding. The parrallel limbs make such a difference upon release. (which I'm sure you noticed on your Commandor.)
