look at mines!!! wifey put that on my tires to make sure i make it home for dinner everytime i ride.

I would have to agree with Abadfish, it's just not a practical topic for someone who does not take their bike to the track, which I read in the new Cycle World magazine about the '07 600rr is like 95% of allHonda owners. If you use your bike to commute like I do and find yourself riding mainly straight interstates and other main roads then your tire center is going to wear much quicker than the sides. When I rode my bike from MI to VA last summer you could actually see the rubber down the center of the tire peeling (exact opposite of the previous pic), buy hey I had to get the bike down here somehow.

Chicken strips are all to common when there are few curves where you live. Indiana is not known as a state with a lot of curvey roads. But I'd still ride my sportbike instead of a cruiser any day. Maybe if they open the Track (you know the one where they race the 500, 400 and F1 race) to the public for more than parade routes, I would leanmore.
