My wife of 2.5 years joined the military and shipped off to boot camp in april. She graduated boot and ait with flying colors. She is now a police officer in the service. The stress is coming from when she was in Ait she was raped but another member of her team. She was hesitatant to tell me and I did not find out until about 2-3 weeks after it occured. Under my advice she decided to press charges. Unfortunately I think it is to little to late. She went to court this morning and she is not really certain how it went. She did say that the defense made her look stupid. It kills me so bad that this piece of **** is going to possibly walk scott free. I went down to see her when she was in ait and wanted to find the **** so bad. The only reason I didnt do it is cause it would not have helped her nor I get past this. To think this sob is going to be a cop. I am trying my best to stay strong for her and not let my emotions come flying out. I dont think she understands how bad I would beat him within an inch of his life. sorry for the ranting I had to vent it somewhere,

 

He will get what's coming ... don't let it come from you though ... I know this must be truly terrible but don't react to it, then he wins ... you stay calm at all times, there's no other way

Yeah I am going to go get my a new tatty that actuall has meaning. I am going to get two hearts half anatomically correct looking with a chain around them and padlocked both hearts will have a scar on them but one will be not quite healed. The only solitude I get out of the whole thing is he has been stuck in texas since sept when they graduated mopping the floors everyday haha. And he got pulled from the graduation ceremony 30 minutes before it happend. Heathers first shirt did not want me to have a face with a name cause in his words he would pound his face in in the middle of graduation.

He acted alone his last name is valdez thats all i know and if i really want to find him thats all i need to know. Although he acted alone one op his friends texted my wife a while back and said why you doing this **** you know he didnt do it. I researched him texted him back with his home address phone carrier how long he lived there his name moms maiden name he didnt talk no more. I love the internet. Thank you all for your support. Last I heard is ballastics couldnt be down on a shotty. J/k i talk solitude in knowing one day somewhere he will get what he deserves

 

F4, I am so sorry for what happened to you and your wife. You both must be having a hard time dealing with the incident. You are taking the high road, and that is always harder to do than reacting emotionally. Did she have an examination after the incident? Victims always seem to become the personon the "hot seat" for some reason. I wish you the best! Support your wife as much as you can, because she needs you more than ever.

 

Ya know if your wife doesn't get the correct verdict and he walks Im sure you could beat him bad and get away with it then? Cause you flipped out that the system failed you and that was your last hope for justice....I think a jury will side with you..........

Im also sorry that your wife had to go through that.
