I've got two thumbs, and their pointing at this guy!

I just open the vents of the jacket and pull the zipper down a c-hair and the breeze just whistles on through.

Don't leave home w/o it! ;-)

In all fairness, I do have a textile jacket w/ full CE armor but I rarely use it b/c I'm better protected w/ leather.

ETA: Personally, I would never ride twisties w/o leather.

I got my Alpinestars perforated leather jacket at the end of last season. With the vest out of it the air flows through great, almost as good as my previous textile jacket with all the vents open.

My textile also has full CE armor but the leather feels better, and if I were to go down I want a cows *** to save mine.

I always ride with full 2 piece leathers, boots, gloves and full face lid! I don't like pain too much and I'm too pretty to mess up! lol

I wear perforated leather in summer. As long as I'm moving it's OK. Sitting still or creeping along in traffic is a drag, though.

In cold weather I wear an Aerostich Darien textile jacket, which is very good.

When I first got my bike, since I am in Hawaii, I got textile jacket with armors. But when my shop had sale on leather jacket last year, I got one. Ever since then, I've been wearing that leather one. I really like the way it fit and feels more protected than textile ones. As it is getting "warmer" here, I was thinking I will start wearing my textile, but I might keep wearing my leather. I used to sweat so much when I got to work even with textile but I think that is more from helmet than jacket.. I just have to carry change of clothes during summer time.

I am thinking about having a jacket custom tailor for my body. It will be expensive but I think it worth it. Man.. it costs more money to ride bike just because I am short, but I wouldn't consider not riding it. Lucky you guys with normal average figure

About 50/50, yah.

I have a perf'd leather jacket, and also an armored textile jacket. If my leather weren't black it'd work out better in the summer, but sometimes 120 + heavy leather jacket is just too hot.
