Well my surgery is coming up in 9 days and last time this was done i just sat around losing my mind for a month..spent 90% of my time on here talking to you guys I need some sugestions(sp?) on what to do..i thought about trying world of warcraft..i heard its addicting and kills tons of time. i have a 14 day free trial..but for some reason gay vista wont let me install the patch. so i cant play. what am i saposed to do?!

 

DONT play WoW, I'm tellin you, first of all it will suck you in, then later IF you come out of it's induced coma, you realize how much time you spent for nothing, achievements that mean nothing. I'm tellin you, it will absorb you for longer than the surgery, you'll be hooked, not to mention it's $15 a month, and though that doesn't sound like much, it adds up, and when you play a couple years and see you've spent over 300 hours on it and way too much money, you'll regret it. Had that happen to a friend who has now quit it. I swear it's almost as bad as smoking. I got to level 40 and just quit cuz of school and boredom, but that doesnt always help.

 

Dude i agree 1000%. Dont do WOW, unless you hate your life and everything in it. Some years ago i started playing Everquest, and it took me 6 years to get out, its horrid man, you just lose it. Please dont think i am being sarcastic either, im not. I would seriously wake up sat mornings and just play all weekend till i had to work on monday. Every nite after work, etc. It really is addicting.

 

yeah i've had 9 surgeries in the last year i did alot of sleeping and thats when i gotaddicted to call of duty i got another surgery coming up next month

 

****, movies, forums, thats all great but try to get out or have friends over as much as possible. Longest ive ever been out of order, so to speak, was a week and i almost went nuts. Good luck man, hope all goes well with the surgery too!

 

Get the new NASCAR video game, and give me a review on it, so I know if I wanna buy a 360 or not

 

Your basing purchasing a 360 on a nascar game? Maybe its just me but that seems a bit odd.

 

^ for real, i wouldnt even buy a nascar game based on... i wouldnt buy a nascar game. no offense but id probably rather punch myself in the nuts lol. Thats like buying a baseball game...

 

Martin get a 360, then go prepay for gears of war 2. You wont be dissapointed.

B.) Dont know what I want, no gig, 60 gig, 120 gig
C.) Not sure if PS3 is better
