I understand where you are coming from, I had to sell mine. Things are tough, but they will be back. I get paid off of comission and lets just say I am going to make half of what I did last year. That is a lot of money to not make and makes it very hard to adapt. I felt the only thing I could do was sell my bike. i also moved out of my townhouse and into a small 2br/1ba apartment. basically, I sold my bike, moved into a smaller place, and also got a job closer to where I live, all to help save money. One thing I am focusing on is making sure I am in the right position when the economy does make the turn for the better. Until then, keep a close eye on my bills and money.

thats about all i can do and whats sad is i have very few bills. my truck paid for, my bike notw is about 85 a month. rent is cheap, the problem is just no money to begin with. everyone i work with has roommates or has a spouse that works. noone can afford to make it on their own.

you guys are breaking my heart. Sad to hear everyone is losing their ride. Im in the same position, currently unemployed & I lost my house. I do HVAC & the job market is CRAP. But my **** doesn't cost me anything but a few bucks in gas. There is a few repairs that are on hold til cash flow starts back up. I wish the best to Txn_driver and the others.

yeah luckily i have my POS acura integra, but even that is a headache always messing up and me having to buy/replace parts on it. my motorcycle payment is only $133 and some change a month, but with the price of gas and everything else it sucks. thank god i am only 20 and don't live on my own anymore. i am actually thinking about going back to college too and hopefully finding a better job. i got a interview friday at the local books a million so wish me luck.

Yeah ****s rough now. I am selling my car because i dont have the heart to sell my bike. i have a back up beater but i dont know how much longer i can stand not having the extra money to enjoy life. they make it so hard now to get out on your own. i wish i still lived at home, everything would be much easier. just hang in there though. just think about that first time you will get back on it and how rewarded you will feel making it through all the hard times and getting back to do what you love
