Default Just stopped a guy from stealing

Ive had 2 cool moments the past week. First a guy blacked out and drove through a field, through a fence, over a berm, through a pole and into 2 cars(one of which was a brand new BMW). I was first one to get to the guy and helped him and his friend. His friend/passanger pissed me off because he kept yelling at him like it was his fault he passed out. Anyways no one was seriously hurt but the took them to the hospital since it was a good 30-40mph crash.

Tonight i had my 2nd public service moment. I normally go to walmart around 12am-1am to go grab some munchies and something to drink since i work nights. The cashiers all know me as im in there 4-5 nights a week. Tonight as i walk into the store i see this guy starting to walk out with his arms folded over his stomach and its lumpy as hell. He looks scared, and then BAM the alarm goes off. All i say is "Hey man come here" and he tries to walk past me so i grab his arm and he asks "What?" "Im not stupid man i know your stealing." He then asks if he can drop it and leave and i tell him no. He tried to walk away so i kinda pull him towards me and then i see the lady at the register calling security.

I walk him a bit further into the store to wait and he asks if i will let go of his arm and i say no cause i think you'll run. He goes man look at you! You think ima make it far if i tried? (im wearing my riding jackets with the icon reflective vest over it, and my ABU pants and boots.)

Security shows up and he had a few packs of gillet razors, some random boxes of pills, and trail mix. The manager says to me" Well officer what should we do?" I say "Im not a cop, just military." He just says oh you look like a cop and then thanks me before escorting the guy to a back area.

Ive been told a few times when i have my riding gear on that i look like a cop even though it says "Joe Rocket". I guess a quick glance makes it look like a uniform with a vest underneath it.

Anyways i got my usual monster, water, gatorade, and some power bars and went back to work and now im on here browsing like i always do. Its good to have rank .

Just thought id share. Anyone else have public service moments they would like to share?

The spot that the Chevy is in is the same spot i used to park my bike in before i got a cover.

nice work, seems like trouble just follows some people. Post a pic of your getup, i'll decide if you look like a cop or not. lol

Haha since you asked and i never contributed to the PB&Spoon thread i guess i will.





lol its hard to look tough with purple crap on the mirror(thanks wife) and i dont usually have a smart *** smirk on my face. haha

Haha funny you mention that. Ive been taking a weight gainer on and off but i finally started taking Russian Bear 5000 full time now. Its really starting to pack on some weight. I take about 1/5 of a serving since one serving is a gallon of milk and 5000 calories. lol maybe i should start drinking a whole serving and eat very very small meals.

But ive actually gained about 20lbs over the past year. Slowly working my way up to 170.

Workouts are 2 a days 4-5 days a week. Its PT with the squadron, go home sleep for 6 hours and then go to the gym. My dad is naturally thin but he still weighs 190lbs at a the same height. He doesnt look a whole lot bigger but we have a heavy core. I hate it.

Hah thats a LOT of calories from the shake. Can't hurt though. You should pick up some Optimum Nutrition 2:1:1 and take two full servings of that after your PT. Be an extra 450'ish calories and help with the replenishment. Or make your own version with a Whey protein and Dextrose powder in a 2 to 1 ratio of whey to dextrose.

With all that PT i'm sure you're burning a ton of energy though. Sounds like you need to just eat more in general (tough I realize). How tall are you anyways?

Ive never heard of dextrose before but ill have to give it a try. Im currently taking N.O xplode before workouts and before i go to bed take about 1/10 of a serving of Russian bear. 500 calories and about 30-40 grams of protein along with some oatmeal.

But yeah eating more is what i really need. I wish i could go to basic again. I gained 26lbs in the 7 weeks i was there. Then you get to your next base and its hard to find time to eat. I lost all 26lbs in about a month after leaving basic.

Im 6'1'' BTW.
