np update. The cop said he would get back at me last week, i tried calling his cell phone, left him a message but havent heard from him in more than 7 days

 

Sorry to hear that. Time to call his SGT or LT, etc. Hope you get some resolve on it.

 

Call your local news agencies. Newspaper, television, radio, everyone! Get them on the story. Do it ASAP man, the way they are handling this is ridiculous!

I met the fellow cop. It took me quite a while but I was able to identify the thief from 6 pictures that were shown to me. I was confused because in the picture, he was super fat and in person he was super skinny.

The cop said your lucky he only took your bike cuz he shot someone last year.

I asked if his girlfriend is going to be charged for being tool for the crime. He said it depends on the prosecutor but she did give a written statement to the cop saying that she dropped Jason off to steal my bike.

Bottom line is that he is not at his home, he is hiding somewhere and an arrest warrant will be made for him.

About the bike? I don't think I will get that back.
