how do you get the picture to work on the left side. every one i try says its too big.

you can decrease the size of the pic. Go into paintshop or photoshop or any imaging software and change the image size and resave in a jpg format and that should shrink it enough to post here.....if you don't have any of the software just send it to me and I will fix it for you.....
