i usually hate over taking riders but there have been sometimes where i have needed too and due to other traffic conditions i wasnt able to use a different lane. but i try and give them warning like in germany when you use your high beams and flash to pass . ill honk or something and then the rider will signal to me that he knows im going to overtake him/her.
