i got the bike then i got the girlfriend, so the bike has seniority on her lol. but we arent at any kind of point where she's poking into my spending habits, nothing serious..

My ex whom im still talking to was like that she had no interest in this stuff said it was too scary with all the crazies on the road....always complained mostly she didnt want me to get hurt

my gf is not overly supportive, but not negative about it. before i had a bike she was totally against it, now she just accepted that its not going away and it will always be a part of me. i really want to take her for a ride, i dont think she will go anytime soon, but at the same time i dont want to be responsible if anything happened, i couldnt live with that.

 

I always pull the overly sarcastic offensive stance.

"Why do you have to spend so much money on your toys?"

"Because I want it to f*&^%* look good so I can pick up hot bitches and take em home todoink 'em."

 

I tried that once, didnt go over very well

 

My wife wants nothing to do with the bike or anything I buy for it. I guess it is kind of my fault when I bought my first bike without telling her. Then I told her (didn't discuss it) I was selling the first bike and getting my Honda. Two weeks no talkie - talkie. She has hated it ever since. Now I have to plan the purchases. Make sureI have the funds and get it. Wait a little while and then do it again. I have already been warned about getting my 6yr old into biking. That is a big no, no. A well, I sitll love her anyway (the wife that is).

 

Get them while their young.
