Injured, unemployed, weather sucks? Can't be this bad
Not trying to belittle anyones hardships, but reading this article on CNN really makes you think. Life really is so precious, this guy stuck to his story and still came up short. I hope his release means something to his family. Makes me sick and miserable.

Wow, That's insane.
this is what I dont understand
Why did this not get anywhere? If he had been writing letters and someone was receiving them, then why the hell wasnt that the first thing on their to do list. A man's life was wrongfully put into prison and him and his family's live's were damaged.
Really hate to hear this happens to people.

Johnson did not know Cole had died. In fact, according to the Avalanche-Journal, he had been writing to court officials for years to confess to the rape, but got nowhere.
