Tennessee, have you seen the hypermotard in person? I'd guess not, cause its amazing 1100cc in a motard is pure adrenalin!

I'd love to have something like that to play with but since I can only afford one bike at a time while in college I gotta stick with more of a sprtbike. I just like they look and feel better. But a guy I know has a pitbike which was a dirtbike that was stroked out to way more then stock and can only run on 100 octane or better and its got street tires and it looks alot like that bike. Its so much fun to play with and it feels so much more nimble without all the plastics and weight and what not.

I love the looks of the bike, but when I sat on it it didn't quite work for me. But the proof is in the riding, so enjoy.

What makes it better suited for Texas then a CBR ? Just no twisties around there or something ?

No twisties and no lane splitting. My ride to work is more surface streets than freeways as well.

To be quite honest, when I first seen this thread I thought that the bike was fugly..."not my cup-o-tea" type of thing. BUT...today I went to the dealership to try on some suits and they actually had one of these on the floor. I was like "There's X's bike, lets check it out"...that/this bike is one sexy byatch! It looks sooooo much better in person, all the pictures in the world doesn't do it justice. And the #'s/performance specs, what that/this bike has to offer...verrrrry nice!

Congrats X! Enjoy, have fun with it and as always, juststay safe out there!
